Calling for proposals for the Tobu Convention Center Construction Project!

Shizuoka Prefecture and Numazu City launched the Tobu Convention Center Construction Project by proposal method and are now calling for business plan proposals. The Tobu Convention Center is planned to be a complex facility consisting of a conference hall capable of holding international conferences, a hotel, and an exhibit/event hall, among other amenities. Selected companies will design and construct these facilities, supervise the construction and other activities related to building the Center.

  August 20, 2008 (Wed) from 14:00 at the Shizuoka Prefectural Government Offices
• ♦Period for submission of Application Registration Papers
  September 29, 2008 - October 3, 2008 (9:00-17:00)
  Submission by post is acceptable. However, the papers must arrive within the above time period.
• ♦Period for submission of Business Plan Proposals
  November 17, 2008 - November 19, 2008 (9:00-17:00)
  Submission by post is acceptable. However, the proposals must arrive within the above time period.
