Profile of Shimizu Town

Shimizu Town is located in the eastern side of Shizuoka Prefecture, at the base of Izu Peninsula, and in between Numazu and Mishima city. The major roads go through the town that connect from east to west of Japan Island and also to Izu districts from the capital city, Tokyo. It is also a town surrounded with rich natural scenery and environment. Starting with the stunning viewpoint at the Honjo Mountain as well as the pure Kakita River that provides tons of spring water everyday. Gifted with these beautiful natures and geographical characteristics, we aim of becoming an ideal town where people feel safe, cheerful and glad to be living at.
