NAME
BENI-HOPPE

ORIGIN OF NAME
In Japanese “BENI” means red and “HOPPE” means cheek. The Japanese have an expression “HOPPE GA OCHIRU” which means your cheeks drop, this expression can be used when something delicious is eaten. The name BENI-HOPPE was coined because these delicious red strawberries make your cheeks drop.

December through May

SPECIAL FEATURE OF THIS FRUIT
The strawberry has a vibrant red outside and no matter what size is red all the way to the center with no holes or cavities.
The taste is juicy and rich with an abundant aroma. In short, this strawberry is packed with tastefulness and is red to the center.

INTRODUCTION OF AREA
These strawberries are grown in a hothouse with gentle care.

A DELICIOUS WAY TO EAT
The strawberry’s surface is delicate and easily bruised, so do not remove leaves and gently rinse with water.
The strawberry’s sweetness increases toward the tip. First remove the leaves and eat from the base to the tip. This will accentuate the sweetness.
