Shizuoka Prefecture Martial Arts Center, which recreates traditional Japanese atmosphere using locally produced materials, is an easy-to-use facility that has eliminated all barriers.

- The 1st and 2nd floors each have two family restrooms.
- Each restroom contains one oversized wheelchair-accessible toilet stall.
- Wheelchair-accessible spectator seating areas are provided (12 in the Main Hall, and 3 in each of Halls 1 and 2).
- A wheelchair-accessible elevator is provided (one 13-person elevator).
- Ridged guide paths guide visually impaired users from walkways to the entrance hall and reception area.
